چکیده
از میان بیماران مبتلا به سندرم بهجت که به درمانگاه روماتولوژی بیمارستان شریعتی مراجعه نمود نداز 124 نفر بدون در نظر گرفتن عوارض بیماری در آنها، 5 میلی لیتر خون گرفته شد. سپس سرمها جداشده و بلافاصله در فریزر قرار داده شدند. بعنوان شاهد از سرم 24 نفر از اهداءکنندگان سالم انتقال خون ایران استفاده شد. بر روی سرم بیماران (24 سرم) و بر روی 34 سرم کنترل آزمایش اندازه گیری ایمیون کمپلکسهای در گردش خون بوسیله متد hasakova انجام شد. در این متد ابتدا، ایمیون کمپلکسهای igg بوسیله محلول پلی اتیلن گلیکول 4/16 درصد و بافربورات رسوب داده می شوند سپس کدورت حاصله بوسیله اسپکتروفتومتری با فیلتر 450 لاندا خوانده می شود. ارزیابی اعداد خوانده شده بوسیله اسپکتروفتومتر (absorbance) با مراجعه به منحنی استاندارد که با استفاده از غلظتهای مشخص گاماگلبولین متراکم انسانی (ahg) رسم شده امکان پذیر است . علاوه بر این بر روی تنها، 69 سرم بیمار و 30 سرم کنترل به روش رادیال ایمونودیفوزیون اندازه گیری آلفا یک آنتی تریپسین انجام شد. در این روش پس از خواندن قطر دوایررسوبی به وسیله خط کشهای مخصوص با مراجعه به جدول calibration value میتوان به غلظت آنتی تریپسین در نمونه مورد نظر پی برد.
